After the initial phase, start-ups want clear process steps to bring their products and services to the market efficiently. At the same time, they want to maintain their agility. Organizations with classic hierarchical structures want more agility without sacrificing the efficiency of their standard processes. With the dual operating system, we create an organizational framework (structural ambidextrie).
The dual operating system efficiently controls standard quantity processes. It also integrates a system that develops, tests and implements customer-specific, innovative solutions. We use the existing know-how of all employees from both systems who have change wishes and ideas and enable them and their organization to implement it.
In the dual operating system, leaders are required to reflect, take new directions and think in new patterns and future scenarios. We develop their ability to successfully manage both in classic hierarchical organizational units and in agile systems (ambidextrie).
Our goal is to invrease organizational effectiveness through leadership effectiveness. We use science based models such as LCP, TMS and W.E.R.T. to develop a value-based and powerful organization.
The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) is a leadership feedback tool that combines leadership and basic patterns of thinking. It is based on psychological development theories and shows a very differentiated leadership potential. The leadership effectiveness is made measurable and shows individual, team and organizational pattern. Skills, motivators and personality styles are measured and allows realistic leadership development: The “what” and the “why” of one’s own leadership behaviour are made understandable. At the same time a way for positive change is shown.
The W.E.R.T. model is an easily applicable model for day work routine that shows the differences between people in terms of their motives and values. Leaders thus improve their communication with personalities that differ from their own motive preference. Cooperation is becoming much more productive. The Value Based Leadership approach allows to lead employees along their intrinsic motives and values. Our Value Based Leadership Training Program has been awarded the International German Training Prize of BDVT.
Effective use of agility requires leaders to understand and gain insight into the toolbox of innovation promotion and acceleration techniques. They can decide which goals and tasks are suitable for individual frameworks (OKR, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, SAFe,…), methods and techniques.
