Dr. Michael Fuhrmann
Dr. Michael Fuhrmann studied psychology in Tübingen and Los Angeles and wrote his dissertation on the Evaluation of a Consultancy Training. Since 1993 he has been a freelance consultant; in 1996 he founded the consultancy company Rother & Partner and in 2013 Fuhrmann Leadership GmbH.
He developed a practically orientated value-based leadership approach with a motivation typology, the W.E.R.T. profile, which has been awarded the “Internationale Deutsche Trainingspreis” BDVT. For his consulting approach “Agile Netzwerke” (agile networks), he has been awarded the HR Excellence Award 2015 in the category of “agile organizational development”. For more than 20 years, Michael Fuhrmann has been supporting international businesses in order to master change processes and he is a highly demanded sparring partner and consultant for top managers and executives. In his work with his consultancy team, he devotes himself to the most important fields of modern leadership.
Stefanie Beck, MBA
Stefanie Beck studied international business management (B.A.) and graduated in 2014 with a MBA in General Management. After residential periods abroad (Canada, Spain, China), she gained experience in the consulting sector.
She has been the commercial director of Fuhrmann Leadership since 2013. In this function, she ensures customer focus in our projects, manages the consultant network. She leads the internal organization and is responsible for marketing, finance and legal issues.
Stefanie Beck advises start-ups and service providers on the optimization of administrative processes and improvement of structures. She provides support for a digital office organization, office management and a clear distribution of tasks within the team.
