
Stefanie Beck studied International Business Administration and completed her MBA in General Management in 2014. After academic and professional stays in Canada, Spain, and China, she gained experience in the consulting industry. In 2022, she also completed a Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence.
She became a member of the Executive Management team in 2013 and has been Managing Director of Fuhrmann Leadership GmbH since 2016. She is responsible for the development, optimization, and overall leadership of the organization.
Stefanie supports our clients in the development of their leadership organizations. She places particular emphasis on balancing a strong strategic focus with a holistic perspective, as well as on individual development and cross‑departmental collaboration within the organization.
For the consulting approach “Agile Networks,” her organization was awarded the HR Excellence Award in the category of “agile organizational development”.

Dr. Michael Fuhrmann studied psychology in Tübingen and Los Angeles and wrote his dissertation on the Evaluation of a Consultancy Training. Since 1993 he has been a freelance consultant; in 1996 he founded the consultancy Rother & Partner and in 2013 Fuhrmann Leadership GmbH.
He supports leadership organizations in being able to change at any time and to increase the organizational transformation speed. For many years, Michael Fuhrmann has been supporting international businesses in order to master change processes and he is a highly demanded sparring partner and consultant for top managers and executives. In his work with his consultancy team, he devotes himself to the most important fields of modern leadership.
He developed a practically orientated value-based leadership approach with a motivation typology, the W.E.R.T. profile, which has been awarded the “Internationale Deutsche Trainingspreis” BDVT. For his consulting approach “Agile Netzwerke” (agile networks), he has been awarded the HR Excellence Award 2015 in the category of “agile organizational development”.
